Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase if the issue is confirmed to be on our side and we’re unable to fix it. We do not offer refunds for setup issues, incompatibilities, or change of mind.

Our interiors and textures are built with performance in mind and are optimized to run smoothly on a wide range of systems, including lower-end PCs. However, performance can vary depending on your server setup and other resources in use.

What FiveM/FXServer version do I need?

All our releases are built and tested against the latest recommended FXServer build. If a product needs anything beyond that (a specific artifact version or a resource dependency like ox_lib), it's listed on that product's page.

Can I use a map on multiple servers or resell it?

Each purchase is licensed for use on your own server(s) only. Reselling, redistributing, or leaking the files to other creators isn't permitted — see our Terms of Service for the full license terms.

Why do I need to join Discord for some products?

A few products (like Chop Shop) are exclusive to members of our Discord server. If a product needs this, you'll be prompted to join and verify your membership the first time you try to add it to your basket - it only takes a few seconds, and you won't be asked again after that. Verifying only checks that you're a member of the server; we can't see your messages or DMs, and we can't post or act as you. You can revoke access anytime from Discord's own Settings -> Authorized Apps.
